Waaaay toooooo looooong!!!!!!!!!!!!

First off, I would like to apologize to all my dedicated readers...all three of you. Haha. JK. I know it has been entirely toooooo long since my last post. Allow me to catch you up on what's been going on in my life.

I got home at the end of July....only to find that one of my babies (kitties) died. I'm sure you read. Most depressing day EVER. I then adopted two more babies from the humane society. Tigger is doing GREAT. He is the sweetest. He will just lay with you and watch tv and sleep. Very independent and sweet. Now Martini....she is driving me F-ing crazy. This child will not shut the F up. She constantly whines. Ughhhhhh. I love her dearly, but Ryan threatened to "take her back where she came from." (I would NEVER let that happen, by the way.) RUDE!!! She is just a baby and needs attention at all times. But she will get better with age...I hope.

Ryan got to come to OKC to play the Redhawks for 5 whole days!!!! One day was an off day...what are the chances...I KNOW!!!! He was here for his birthday too, so I had a big ol party for him and all his friends. It was really fun. Lots of Beverage Pong and Flip Cup. If you don't know what those games are, then stop reading my blog because you don't deserve to. Seriously...stop reading...now. Anywho....it was sooooooooooooooo good to see him. I miss him lots. It's oh so close to the off season though, so I can't complain. I do intend on breaking his legs....Misery style of course....right around February 1st or so. That will take care of him leaving for spring training. It may put a damper on our relationship though....ehhhhh....it will be worth it. He'll get over it and thank me later.

School is back in session. Actually the first day was the day the boys got into town. Bad timing...I know. But it wasn't too bad. Their first assignment was to watch my video and learn the routine and perform it the 2nd day in front of the class. Just kidding. That would be fun though. I remember that thought. I am still coaching the pom squad at the high school. Someone shoot me please and thank you. I love the girls, but it really is a thankless job. I put soooooooooooooo much time and effort into coaching. It really is overwhelming at times. We had initiation last Friday. It starts at 2AM when we (the returners and myself and a couple parents) go kidnap the new girls and yada yada yada. We got done at 8AM. Fun times!!!! Ten I had PSAT training from 10 - 2. Awesome!!!! Needless to say, the first few weeks of school are always busy and stressful, but it will get better...it always does. I'm just trying to get my girls ready for football and my students in a routine and trying to get enough rest at the same time. I'm having to lay the smack down pretty thick, but once you get em trained it's smooth sailing. I had a REALLY interesting experience with the football team. Really....don't be thinking inappropriate stuff ya perves. I was leaving school one day pretty late. I had to make a test and grade quizzes...blah blah blah....you know....teacher stuff. So I'm walking out of the building and of course there are about 20 football players outside. I always DREAD walking by those boys...anyways....I hear a couple of hoots and shout outs..."Hey Mrs. Buuuuuuuudde, Can I help you carry that peice of paper?, I'll wanna take Geometry, Heeeeeeeeeeey!" You know...17 year old buy stuff. I can handle the innocent stuff as long as they are being polite and not taking it too far. Then one of them whistled and said..."Damn". I turned around and told them to watch their mouths and to act like young men. THEN...as I walked off....I heard..."I'll break that s*** off." Oh hell to the nizzo. I whipped around and unleashed the wrath of GOD. Then I went and got their coach. Sooooooooo ticked!!!!! I just can't believe the things that kids will say. RUDE!!!!!

Besides school, pom, inappropriate high school buys, and the count down for Ryan to be home, life is pretty boring back in OK. I'm soooooooooooo glad to be home sleeping in my own bed...I just with Ryan were here with me. I will definitely try and keep yall updated more often than once every month for sure. I just didn't really know where to begin since it had been so long.

Well...I'll talk to your pretty faces soon!!!!!

I miss you Smokey.

Before you read any further, you should know that this isn't my usual fun and entertaining post.

I came home from SLC yesterday. It was bad enough leaving Ryan, but I just knew it would be okay because I got to see my kitties when I got home. It was THE worst home coming ever. On the way home from the airport my mom told me that one of my kitty's (Smokey) was killed on Friday. He was hit by a car. If you don't know much about me, then you probably won't understand what I'm going through. My kitties are my babies. They are literally my children. Ryan and I got Missy and Smokey a couple weeks after we got married. We looked in the paper and found a couple of ads and went baby hunting. We found Missy and Smokey in Edmond. They were "brothers"...so we thought. They were originally Wookie and Smokey.... but....Wookie ended up being Missy. Ryan said he knew she was a SHE because she was smaller and bitchier and whinnier. Haha. We always joked and said that they traded down, because we got them from a gated community filled with million dollar homes, and they moved into the hood of M-Dub...into our three bedroom mansion. They were best friends. They played, fought, slept, and ate together. I just don't know how to move on from this. I am absolutely heart broken. I can't help but think that this is my fault. I NEVER should have left them for the summer. My parents came over every day and fed and played with them, but I just can't stop blaming myself. Ryan keeps telling me that it's not my fault and that these things just happen, but it's just not really helping. I know that animals die every day, but he was my baby. He was only 3 years old and was the most loving animal I have ever had. Missy isn't doing very good. She has been puking up all her food and she has diarrhea. I can tell she misses him and is depressed. She just clings to me. It is truly heart breaking.

RIP Smokey. I miss you so much.

Best Friends.

Missy without her Smokey. She is trying to get used to the new additions to our family.
This is Tigger. He is 4 years old and is a very sweet boy.

This is Martini. She is 10 months old and is fun and energetic like her mommy.

I rescued 2 kitties from the humane society today. I didn't want to feel like I was replacing Smokey, but it really doesn't feel like that at all. I still miss him terribly, but I feel really great that I saved 2 other lives.
So....I'm on a mission. I want every one that is thinking about getting a dog or cat to go to your local humane society and save an animal. You have NO idea how many animals need homes. One of the workers said that they had 500 animals today and they usually have around 700, so today was a slow day. Isn't that crazy??? I know we all want the $1000 doggies that piss gold or something, but these animals are just as sweet and NEED your help. So PLEASE spread the word and lets save some sweet animals.
I hope to have some more uplifting posts soon, but I am just trying to cope with my loss right now. I hope you all think about all the animals that could use a good home.
I'll remember you always Smokey.

That's not my name.

Hello world. I just thought I would update you on what's been going on since my last post. I have joined a rock group. We are just performing at small venues right now, but hopefully soon we will join a tour opening for a famous artist. I was thinking that starting small with Justin Timberlake or maybe even Britney, but I don't want to intimidate her with our skills. Actually maybe she should open for us. I'm just saying. Here is the cover for our new CD. We are called The Sting Stings. We are taking the world by storm....one....city....at....a....time. I have also attached a photo of our production team. We couldn't do it without them.

I would like to give you all a gift. Here is the world premiere of our first video. Consider yourselves very special. I'll try to remember the little people once we have blown up...and we will....so so so very soon. See ya later bottom feeders. We aren't cocky or anything....but we PISS excellence.

Peace....we're out!!!!!

To work, or not to work??? That is the question.

I took Ryan to the airport this morning. The team is on the road for four days. Boooooooo Hooooooooo. I'm sad. When he gets back I only have 5 days left with him before I head back home. I have been seriously debating whether I should quit my job or not. I am young and have my entire life to work. I know that this "baseball life" won't last forever and I just feel like I'm missing out on so much with Ryan. I LOVE working and once I am home I am usually okay, but leaving is really hard. I see that all the other girls get to stay and it makes it even harder. But I also don't have to work when I'm here and most of the other girls go to work everyday, or most days. So who knows what I will decide. I know I don't want to put my school in a bind and I think quitting how would be hard on everyone. I'm thinking one more year and then I'm done.

Well that was waaaaaay too serious. So on a lighter note...I'm thinking about hitting up the gym in a few. Good times.....yeah. I think me and a couple of the girls might go see a movie tonight. I REALLY want to see The Hangover or The Proposal. I can't wait. Exciting....I know!!! Well I'll update ya later.

Peace fools.

I'm a pro golfer.

Hellooooooooooooo my friends. Me, Ryan, and one of our roomies went golfing today. Let me just start by telling you about how the golf outing began. First of all, I put on my shorts and found $20 in my pocket. I mean I get excited when I find $1 in my pocket, but a 20 was the bomb dot com. Then I found $50 in gift certificates in the back seat of our other roomies car. I mean finders keepers...right??? That's what I thought too. So I'm thinking that this is my lucky day. Then, Me, Ryan, and our roomie went to Target to get some balls and tees. Ryan bought me a box a colorful golf balls and the lady that was checking him out told him he had some "sexy balls"...and I quote. Haha. I thought it was quite clever. Maybe because it is something I would have said. Well...anywho....once we got to the golf course I went into the clubhouse to go get a hat, and while trying it on I broke the clip on the back of it that makes the hat bigger or smaller. I just put the hat back on the rack of course. No biggy. That's how I roll. Then I went to go get range balls and put the token in the slot before I put a bucket under the opening where the balls come out, so the balls went everywhere. Yes, that's right...EVERYWHERE. By the way, I played golf in high school, so I really have no idea what my problem was today. Then, we were off to the 1st hole and I went to open my "beverage" and the tab broke off of the can without opening the beverage. Seriously...Seriously. I ended up golfing a 106. Not too shabby for not EVER getting to play. I decided that I am going to start playing a lot more often. I need to get back under 100 if I'm going to join the tour. I mean, I only have to improve my score by about 30 strokes to qualify. I totally think I can do it if I just play one or two more times. What do you think??? Yeah???? Me too. Glad you have faith in me.

Now we are going to eat at the Old Spaghetti Factory. We have some gift certificates. No, not the ones that I found in the back seat. Those were from some steak house. The boys got these from the baseball field. We will save the ones from the steak house for a later date. I'm all about some free stuff. Well, I guess we will head that way. I'm STARVING!!!!!!!!!!

Peace G's.

AAAAAAAL STAAAAAAAAR BREAAAAAAAK

At last, it is the All Star Break. Sooooooooooooooo freakin excited. We are going to the lake tomorrow and spending the night. A ton of the guys and their families are going. Everyone always looks forward to having a couple of days off. We are planning on lake time all day Monday and maybe a bit on Tuesday, then golfing sometime during the break, but most importantly...total relaxation and NO baseball. The guys use this time to regroup and and have some fun. I must admit...I am ready for a couple of days off from the baseball field myself. I just want to spend some quality time with Ryan and some of our friends. We packed up a ton of food and goodies and we are going to get the boat and jet skiis in the morning. Most of use take for granted being able to have a fun day at the lake....or anywhere for that matter. These boys NEVER get to enjoy a day of lake fun since they have to be at the park early in the afternoon EVERY DAY, and don't get done until around 10:00 or 11:00 EVERY NIGHT. They had autograph night 2 nights ago and we didn't leave the park until midnight. It was really fun to see all of the fans get so excited to see the players and talk with them for a few short moments before they moved on the the next player in line. Salt Lake, I must say, has amazing fans. They LOVE the Bees and are very supportive. I have been to a lot of ball parks and feel very lucky that my husband plays at such a great one. Real talk. Haha.

Not much else to update on. I'll be back after the break with some stories. I know you can't wait!!!!!!

Can't think with you over my shoulder.

So I have decided that writing is MUCH easier when Ryan is at the field, or on the road, or where ever. Anywhere but over my shoulder. I feel that I can't be my true, crude, unlady like self that you all know and love. Hehe.

I forgot to mention that Danny Masterson (aka Steven Hyde) was at the game on the 4th. He is friends with one of the players, so he came to take in a game. I personally am a HUGE fan of "That 70's Show". LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!! If you haven't ever watched the show, then you must be living under a rock. Just kidding. It really is a great show though, and I would definitely recommend watching it. He is the fro boy with the dry sense of humor. Hilarious. Anyway...I, being the stalker that I am, wanted to take a picture with Danny. Danny...may I call you Danny.? I know you probably read this blog...I mean who doesn't. I'm kinda a big deal. So, I wanted to take a picture with Danny, and so did one of the other wives...so I thought. So WE decided...again, so I thought....that WE would walk over to where Danny was sitting and just ask if WE could get a picture with him. I didn't bring my camera that night, so she said we could just use hers...again, so I thought. I happen to be a GREAT conversationalist, so WE decided I would do the talking...again, so I thought. So I walk down and sit in front of Danny and say, "Hey, I'm a huge fan of yours and me and my friend were just wondering if we could get a picture with you." He says, "Of course." So, I turn to my FRIEND to find.... an empty seat next to me....no friend.....no camera....just....me....the stalker. I'm then say, "Ummmm...yeah....the only problem is that I have no friend and no camera....so....um.....yeah....I guess I'll just sit here.....um yeah...." Then I proceed to make the situation even worse and say, "I swear I'm not a stalker. (Which isn't really true, because I kind of am, but I didn't say that of course.) I swear my friend was following me down here. I'm just....so how bout them Bees?" Yeah...I'm a retard. I then look over there where we WERE sitting, before I was thrown under the bus...by my FRIEND...and she just looks at me and smiles and waves. Yeah, that's right, she was back over by where we had come from with her camera in hand. What an a-hole. Haha!!!!! Just kidding. It was actually better than even getting a picture with him, because now I will always have that story. He did invite us to come out the next night, so I could get my picture with him. (Out of pity I'm quite sure.) But, he even thought it was really funny.

I got sun burned AGAIN today. Good times. We met a drunk pilot at the pool. He was here for the night, so he and one of the flight attendants and their little friend Captain Morgan (wink) were having a good time at the pool. I learned that it really is important to turn of all electronic devices during take off and landing. They can actually hear your conversations sometimes over the airways. Also, they can tell if you are buckled up or not. I know...vital information. He was really nice and had some funny stories. I also learned that you can purchase the cheapest alcohol in the world in Belize. Good to know....good to know. Thought I would pass that one along.

I have officially killed 9 spiders in my bedroom. I'm not sure if I should wash my sheets in Raid or what. I HATE bugs. Hate, hate, hate. They totally creep me out and it is causing me to have night terrors. I wake up in the night and think things are crawling on me. Or I will wake up and have to pee and I don't want to get out of the bed because I think they are on the floor. It is taking over my life and I don't know what to do.

Well, I guess that's all for now.

Please remember when flying to follow all directions given by the flight attendants. It may save your life....or it may just keep the captain from listening to your phone conversation.
